Essence Home Care offers non-medical in-home support, including Personal Care, Meal Preparation, Mobility Assistance, Companionship, Medication Reminders, 24/7 Live-In Care, and Respite Care. Our goal is to help clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes.

Yes. All caregivers complete onboarding training, competency evaluations, and ongoing training. Every employee undergoes CORI background checks, employment verification, reference checks, skills assessments, and TB screening when required. Only caregivers who meet our high standards are hired.

We carefully match clients with caregivers based on needs, preferences, personality, culture, and schedule. After the home assessment, we select the best-fit caregiver. If the fit is not right, we will assign a replacement.

Yes. We work with MassHealth for eligible clients. If you're unsure whether you qualify, we assist with eligibility questions and next steps. We also accept private pay clients.

We maintain a reliable care team. If a caregiver misses a shift, we assign a qualified replacement and notify you immediately.

Yes. Our caregivers are trained in memory-care techniques, safety supervision, redirection, and communication for individuals with cognitive impairment.

We serve Hampden, Hampshire, Worcester, Suffolk, and Berkshire counties in Massachusetts.

Billing is weekly or bi-weekly. We accept private pay, MassHealth (for eligible clients), and some long-term care insurance plans. No hidden fees.

No long-term commitment is required. You can request care short-term, long-term, or adjust anytime.

Yes. We encourage family participation in routines, goals, and updates.
